We are totally independent from any hearing aid manufacturer, in other words we will give you impartial advice on all makes of hearing aids, so you can expect a total commitment from us towards your hearing needs. That is why we offer the widest range of hearing aids available on the New Zealand market.

Wil hearing aids really help?

One in ten New Zealanders has a hearing loss. It can be hereditary or caused through damage to the hearing system as a result of aging, disease or excessive noise. Sometimes medical treatment can reverse the hearing loss, but often the hearing loss is permanent.

Hearing aids have come a long way. With today's technology an amazing improvement in hearing can be achieved for many who suffer from a hearing loss.

But be aware, a product brochure of a hearing aid company informs you about their product's abilities, not your hearing abilities. The success of hearing aids depends ultimately on your individual hearing potential, your motivation, perseverance and of course on the experts who help you. Let us inform you about what really are realistic expectations.

We would like to work with you to find the best solution for your hearing needs that suit your lifestyle, your budget and your ability to use the aids successfully in daily life.

All hearing aids are fitted on a trial basis, so you will never make a buying decision without really knowing if they work for you satisfactory.

Maybe you can qualify for hearing aid funding. We are able to help with that process too.

Better quality of life!

People are typically sacrificing up to seven years of good hearing because they fail to have their hearing tested in time.

So many years can slip by because people are simply not aware of their deteriorating hearing. Living in their own quiet world, where subtle variations of softer sounds are gradually fading, they tend to avoid social occasions and any situation that could lead to misunderstandings.

But something can be done

Family, friends, colleagues, and especially hearing healthcare professionals can make a big difference. We would like to encourage those, who have not yet acknowledged their hearing loss, to seek a better quality of life.
