Areas of Specialisation

I specialize in all areas of Gastroenterology including General Hepatology (Liver Biopsy), Upper and Lower Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy) and wireless (capsule) endoscopy to visualize the small bowel. Due to previous and ongoing research activities I have a special interest in Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD, Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis). I practice in partnership with Dr Gil Barbezat and Dr Martin Schlup in the Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Practice. Together with Margaret Fraser, Hepatitis Specialist Nurse we provide treatment for Hepatitis B and C. We believe in providing a personal consultant service with a broad international background of experience.
