I have a regular clinic circuit through Central Otago with monthly clinics in Wanaka, Alexandra and Ranfurly.

General and Vascular Surgery

I have some 25 years in the field of general and vascular surgery including colorectal disease and laparoscopic surgery and surgery of herniae. My current practice has a bias towards management of breast disorders, with a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of early (screen detected) and symptomatic breast cancer and with skills in breast reconstruction and also breast reduction surgery. I have continued with a special interest in surgery of melanoma including sentinel node biopsy and isolated limb fusion for locoregional recurrent disease. In vascular surgery I undertake assessment and surgical treatment of arterial disease including aneurysms and the surgery of varicose veins and complex venous disease. Special investigations through the University Vascular Assessment Unit are available.
