Professional Profile
Kate graduated from the University of Otago Medical School in 1992, and completed her specialist training in ENT Surgery in 2004. Kate is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a member of the New Zealand Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.
Kate has worked in private practice since 2004. Shortly after commencing private practice she had her first daughter, followed by a second daughter in 2009. Balancing the demands of parenting and career has been challenging but rewarding. She particularly enjoys working with families to help improve their children’s health and wellbeing.
Interests
Interest in facial plastics (including skin cancer surgery and non surgical procedures (Botox® and fillers) Paediatric ENT and snoring.
